For over a decade Higher Education has been prolific- putting out records from their College Park based recording studio while tearing up stages regionally and blowing away crowds on the national festival circuit. Their sound is a psychedelic soaked blend of roots, dub, and rock n roll.
Marshall Fuzz is a local powerhouse, bringing a fresh take on the rock n roll sound by infusing fuzzed out tones of guitar, electric violin, soulful vocals, and rhythm.
Ritchie Royale in its current form might be new to the live circuit, but don’t be fooled- this band is tight. With a talented cast of players, their style mixes many genres into a tasty rock n roll cocktail.

The Sunday “Tea” Party has been our favorite part of the week for 4 months straight- but all good things must end 🕊️
Don’t worry we’ll be back- just taking a break to recalibrate and make space for Sunday Football 🏈
Back in April, Sandbox Brewhouse made space and Zzingg held the first “tea” party, no vendors, no guest DJs- just him spinning records for 4 hours.
Each week more people joined in- come May guest DJ Live Action Mixed Tape and vendor Giga Pop! became regulars, in June vendor happy to be here/ Blind to Society joined in. By July guest DJ and vendor DJ Dub / 1200 Flavors came on board. What started out as just “Tea” truly became a Party.
The “tea” party was always meant to give music lovers a place to soak up their final hours of weekend fun and to make some friends along the way. Thanks to you all, I think we’ve accomplished that 🙏
